Placement Information

NOTE: Interning at Ranchito con Esperanza is not your typical internship - it is 24/7 in a family atmosphere where very little is the same from day-to-day. We will try to match your responsibilities to your skills, but please know that you will end up doing all kinds of different things, many outside your listed skill set. That includes washing dishes… because everyone does dishes! Also, some interns will be consider “Tios” and asked to be with the children at night. If this is a problem, please let us know.
